after school clay clubs: 3rd grade to 12th grade

New! Clay Clubs: 4 or 6 Weeks, Wednesdays or Fridays

Our Clay Clubs are designed to get our youth engaged in the art of ceramics and creating pottery by hand (non-wheel pottery projects).


Designed for students with any amount of experience with clay (no experience is required): 4 weeks, $150.  Occasionally, due to holiday breaks, there may be a 6-week club offered instead of 4 weeks. All tools, materials, glazing, firings, etc. are included. LIMITED SEATING: ONLY 8 SPOTS PER GROUP!


  • Mix an activity that engages the heart and mind (also great for anxiety) with some social interaction and you have a Clay Club!
  • Clay projects will be based upon the experience and desires of the students that participate, and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive community environment in which our students can express their individuality while building up their confidence working with clay!
  • Students will be able to work independently & at their own pace utilizing any of the following hand-building skills: slab work, pinch pots or coil building.
  • In addition, students will be able to glaze their own pieces!

after-school clay clubs: Wednesdays or fridays

After School Clay Club: 3rd-12th Grades

Runs for four consecutive Friday early evenings, 4-5:45pm. $150  all inclusive (instruction, tools, clay, firing, glazes, etc.)

Summer Clay Camps (AGES 10-16): hand-Made pottery Projects

Summer Clay Camps: Hand-Building (Non-Wheel Pottery Projects Made by Hand), Ages 10-16

These camps are designed to get our youth engaged in the art of ceramics and creating pottery by hand (non-wheel pottery projects). These fun & engaging classes will be a bright spot in their summer!   


This camp is designed for students with any amount of experience with clay (no experience is required). It will run from Monday through Friday. Open to ages 10-16, $190/week.  All tools, materials, glazing, firings, etc. are included. LIMITED SEATING: ONLY 8 SPOTS PER CAMP!


  • For each of these camps, we will utilize hands-on learning to teach students multiple techniques while they create a variety of pieces, both functional and sculptural.
  • We will tailor the projects in each camp based upon the experience and desires of the students that participate, and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive community environment in which our students can express their individuality while building up their confidence working with clay!
  • We will draw on a number of hand-building skills to teach: slab work, pinch pots and/or coil building, and students will learn multiple techniques that are utilized in sculpture work.
  • In each of these camps, students will be able to glaze their own pieces!
  • "Hand-Building" (a term that potters use for pottery projects that are not done on the wheel) is a fun and exciting artistic skill with almost endless possibilities, and we specialize in creating a non-intimidating atmosphere in which students will be challenged but still have fun!

Summer Clay Camps (AGES 12+): Wheel throwing

Summer Clay Camps: Beginner Wheel Throwing & Intro to Hand-building, Ages 12+

These camps are designed to get our youth engaged in the art of ceramics and throwing pottery on the wheel. These fun & engaging classes will be a bright spot in their summer!   


This camp is designed for students with little to no experience on the wheel, but welcome those with experience as well. It will run from Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 11:15am. Open to ages 12+, $250/week. All tools, materials, glazing, firings, etc. are included. LIMITED SEATING: ONLY 8 SPOTS PER CAMP!

This camp is designed for students with any amount of experience with clay (no experience is required). It will run from Monday through Friday from 9:30am-11:30am. Open to grades 3-12, $180/week.  All tools, materials, glazing, firings, etc. are included. LIMITED SEATING: ONLY 8 SPOTS!
