Design & Create Your Own Gorgeous Dichroic Glass Wearable Art: No Experience Required!
Join artist Michalen Silva for a fun, two part, in-person class and create beautiful glass jewelry. Explore your creativity and learn how to design your own colorful pendants and earrings with dichroic fused glass. No experience required.
Dichroic glass is a non-translucent glass that is produced by stacking layers of glass and micro-layers of metals & oxides, creating a shifting of colors & iridescent light play.
In this 2-Week Workshop, you will learn:
- How to design unique pieces of Wearable Art for yourself or to give as a gift.
- How to cut and prepare the glass pieces for firing.
- How to finish your creation with jewelry findings of your choice.
So join us to create your own special, one-of-a-kind, jewelry!

How fun is this?! Come on your own, or grab your bestie and join us for a Friend's Night Out, full of creativity! In this 1-Day Workshop, jewelry artist Michalen Silva will walk you through the steps in creating truly unique jewelry as well as teach you the art of wire wrapping in this fun class!
She will come prepared with a great selection of beads & findings for you to choose from, as well as the materials to wire wrap in order for you to learn to make your own earrings, necklaces or bracelets! Feel free to bring a beverage of your choice for this fun & social jewelry making class.

In this 2 Week Workshop, we will first walk you through how to create a pottery house and you will glaze the roof before you leave. The next week you will concentrate on creating the beautiful mosaic pattern on the outside of your house! You will leave after that second class with a beautiful pottery and mosaic house that you created all in your own style!

- A variety of mosaic materials will be available: glass tiles, stones, etc. - but feel free to bring your own additions!
