Live Outside the Delivery Area?
If you're outside our pickup/delivery areas for a certain class, you can still sign up and participate by picking your project up & dropping it off yourself!
Sign Up Online
The process is very easy: you'll sign up for a class online, like usual. It will ask for your shipping address at checkout, and if you're outside our scheduled delivery area, we'll confirm with you separately for picking up and dropping off your own project.
Pick Up Window
For afternoon classes, the pickup time is usually around 11:00am on the morning of class. Please come to the door of the studio and we will hand it outside to you. For a morning class (11:00am), pickup would usually be at 9:00am.
For evening classes (6:00pm), the pickup window is usually at 3:00pm on the day of class. Please come to the door of the studio and we will hand it outside to you.
Dropping Off
When class is finished, you will bring the project back to the studio and again, wait outside the door so that we can come get it. Please try to bring it back within an hour of when the class finishes.
